Problems Facing by Pakistani Youth During Getting Jobs In 2022 

As we know that most of the Pakistani population is consists of Youth and  youth is a main power of Pakistan. If Pakistani government some more facilities to youth then youth will return more back but unfortunately most of the Pakistani youth is jobless and looking for a white collar job but their is less opportunities in this state.

    

Youth are heigh qualified but when they enter in practical life after completing their studies they come to know their is very tough competition in job industry and they would not get job easily this is very disappointed for yongs because they spend their money and precious time for many years to get a decent job but at the end they can get a few thousand salary job. Like that there are so many problems behind youth unemployment some are these

Brain Drain in Pakistan:

Less Facilities in companies:

In Pakistan there are less Facilities for 

workers .They have less salary packages with less Facilities. Companies demand more work from them with less money. That's why their basic needs not fullfil and they prefferd to go abroad for job companies there are less 

Demand of Experienced People:

In Pakistan mostly companies demands experienced people they don't allowed to higher fresher they just want to higher experienced people that they don't want to take any risk from fresher like loss etc.. so that fresh graduate youth can't get job because lack of experience so fresher remain unemployed in Pakistan.

Trial Job:

Most of the Pakistani companies give job to youth on trial basis and after some time they fired them without any reason and they become jobless.

Role of government sector:

In government sector every vaccine full with old people and they can't want to leave their seats at any cost . They become older but not ready to give chance to youth to participate in Pakistan development.

Conclusion:

At the end after discussing all problems of youth during getting jobs we come to know that there is fault in both sides like govt and private sector. They should become leint in their rules and regulations about new jobs that fresher can avail opportunity and participate in Pakistan's development.
